Method:

We season the lamb with salt, black pepper, paprika, Ottoman spices, and olive oil, and we season the potatoes with the same marinade.

Spread out the foil and parchment paper, then add the meat, potatoes, and garlic cloves.

We wrap the meat in parchment paper and foil.

And put the oven on from below at 200 degrees Celsius for two to two and a half hours.

Tahini salad:

Mix three tablespoons of tahini with two tablespoons

Large quantities of yogurt, lemon, salt, and cumin

We add water until we reach the desired consistency.

Then add onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley.

And we mix them together
