Exchange and return policy:
Customers are allowed to return products within a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order, in order to preserve the quality and safety of the product.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Submit a return request after the specified period has expired (7 days from the date of receipt).
- If the product has been used or benefited from.
- If the product is without a label or original packaging.
note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a return fee of 30 riyals will be charged.
- The customer is also required to hand over the order to the shipping company when they contact him.
Exceptions to the return policy:
- Products are exempt from the above conditions and returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrived in a condition other than its original state (such as not being properly sealed).
- The product was damaged as a result of the shipping or delivery process.
- Damage caused by improper packing or packaging.
The procedure followed in these cases:
- The product must be returned within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, in the same original condition and in the original packaging.
- After receiving the shipment, its condition will be checked.
- If damage or a defect is found in the product, the amount paid will be refunded only for the damaged item or a new order will be sent.
Cancelled orders:
The return shipping fee is 18.4 riyals including tax.
- If the order is cancelled after it has been delivered to the shipping company, a fee of (30 riyals) will be deducted to cover the shipping fees.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after we receive the returned order in the warehouse and verify its condition.
- If the order is not received by the customer at the shipping company, an amount of (30 riyals) will be deducted from the order value to cover shipping and return fees.
