How can I track the status of my order?
- You can track the status of your order via the text message sent to your mobile number.
- By going to My Orders page > Select the desired order > Track order
When will my shipment arrive?
If the order status is "Delivery":
- For orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it takes seven to ten days.
- For orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, within 20 working days.

I cannot pay using my Mada card, why?
